  1. Sponsor. Barking Labs Corp. d/b/a Fi, 408 Broadway, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10013 ("Sponsor").
  2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void outside the eligible territory and where prohibited by law.
  3. Entry Period. Begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends October 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is official.
  4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, (a) follow each of the following accounts on Instagram: @impactdogcrates, @askvetster, @hellosunbean, @nativepet, @springlandpets, and @shes_birdie; and (b) complete the online entry form on this page with your first name, last name, a valid email address, and your Instagram handle, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules. An Instagram account is required to enter. Sponsor may verify that a potential winner follows all of the accounts listed above at the time of winner selection; a potential winner who does not may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing after entry will not affect an entrant's eligibility to win. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per Instagram account. Entries generated by bots, scripts, or automated means are void. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
  5. Winner Selection & Odds. Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 8, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via email from Sponsor at the email address provided at entry within two (2) days of selection and must respond within seven (7) days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor will never ask for payment or financial information to claim a prize.
  6. Prize. Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) prize package consisting of: one (1) Fi Mini smart tracker (ARV $99) with one (1) month of Fi membership (ARV $16); one (1) $850 Impact Dog Crates gift card (ARV $850); one (1) $150 Sunbean gift card (ARV $150); one (1) Native Pet product bundle (ARV $150); one (1) one-year Vetster+ membership (ARV $144); one (1) Springland Complete Walk Set and six (6) Springland silicone dog charms (ARV $110); and one (1) She's Birdie safety bundle (ARV $88). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize package: $1,607. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,821. Prize components are provided by their respective brands and are subject to those brands' terms. Prize is non-transferable; no cash substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
  7. Winner Verification & Releases. Potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (except where prohibited) publicity release before the prize is awarded, and to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 if required.
  8. General Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Except where prohibited, entrants release Sponsor and Instagram from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance/use.
  9. Instagram Disclaimer. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to Instagram, and agree to a complete release of Instagram from all claims. Entrants must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Promotion Guidelines.
  10. Privacy. Information submitted in connection with this promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at fitracking.com/privacypolicy.
  11. Governing Law. New York law governs, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
  12. Winner's List. For the name of the winner(s), send a request within 60 days of the end of the Entry Period to social@tryfi.com.
